Milton Park
Milton Park is the largest business park in Europe under single ownership. Lying within an Enterprise Zone and attracting a number of benefits including Business Rates relief, Milton Park is owned and managed by OBN Sponsors MEPC. It is the largest bioscience sub-cluster in Oxfordshire comprising over 50 life sciences companies based in a half million square feet of laboratory space. Lying close to the M4 and M40, and with fast rail links from Didcot Parkway to London, Bristol, Oxford and Reading, Milton Park is ideally located as a hub for national and international business. Heathrow Airport is just one hour away. Milton Park will also be home to The Milton Science Centre, a £14 million development that includes £7 million of Government funding. It will provide 40,000 sq ft of specialist science facilties for small and growing businesses within the life sciences sector.
