Important Notice: Potential Data Breach

We would like to inform our members and community of a recent incident that may have affected the security of some data.

A laptop owned by OBN was stolen from a member of our team on the evening of the 13th May, 2025, whilst at one of our events. The device is password and Bitlocker protected, the user password was changed in a timely manner following discovery of the theft and our IT specialists has confirmed that there has been no activity on the device following the theft. Further steps have been taken to remove data from the device.

At this stage, there is no evidence to suggest that any data has been accessed or misused, but we believe in being transparent and proactive. We have reported the theft to the police and we are working closely with our IT specialists to assess the situation more fully.
