We have an exciting new opportunity for a laboratory-based scientist with strong, demonstrated molecular biology skills, as well as good experience with molecular cloning and plasmid characterization techniques, ​to work as part of the Research Team to support the generation and evaluation of novel cancer gene therapy candidates (T-SIGn viruses).  The candidate will apply their molecular biology expertise to design and clone novel T-SIGn viral vectors, as well as support the characterisation and functional activities of new and existing candidates using in vitro molecular and other assays (including qPCR, RT-qPCR) using human primary cells and cancer cell lines. Studies will provide data that will help guide scientific decision making across projects.
