Mike Shearan

Mike Shearan is a chartered accountant who has worked for a variety of firms including ‘Big 4’ and other national firms, and since 2016 for James Cowper Kreston, a leading Thames Valley firm providing services in particular to growing technology businesses.   He specialises in all types of share and investment transactions, in particular EIS and SEIS tax reliefs, and share incentives.   He has been involved in many spinout companies, mainly but not exclusively from Oxford University, and the often complex early stage share issues that provide the right balance between University, founders and investors.  He is a member of the EIS Association.
