To help build on significant recent investments in Health and Life Sciences, the University of Bristol is now seeking two Research Commercialisation Managers to join us in making a difference to people’s lives by helping to get life-changing medicines, diagnostics and devices to patients and building new technology businesses.

Each Research Commercialisation Manager will lead on the development and commercialisation of a diverse portfolio of innovations through partnering, licensing or spin-out creation. One post will be working with our Faculty of Biomedical Sciences, the other will lead on commercialisation and industrial engagement for the newly launched NIHR Bristol Biomedical Research Centre, led by our partners, the University Hospitals Bristol NHS Trust. You will have a broad knowledge across a variety of health or life sciences and experience of commercialising Intellectual Property within a research and/or a commercial environment.

If you’re passionate about realising health and societal benefits from the cutting edge research being undertaken by world leading scientists in one of UK’s most vibrant cities, then we’d be interested in hearing from you.

Interviews will be held on 13th & 15th December.

The University is committed to creating and sustaining a fully inclusive culture. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and communities.
