My client are an innovative and revolutionary scientific instrumentation business based out of Oxfordshire.

They are a rapidly expanding business and are looking for people to support their Sales and Marketing Department.

This is a customer focussed role where you will be engaging with the customer throughout the sales cycle and providing specialist knowledge on the applications and the technology. You will be responsible for instrumentation demonstrations supporting with customer samples and training for customers on how to get the most out of their products. This role has a focus on customer satisfaction and opportunity conversion and ensuring quick adoption of our new technology.

Responsibilities
- Providing technical consultancy on the optimal use of instrumentation and its applications- Providing hands on support for unique client use cases of the instrumentation
- Customer facing demonstration of the instrument and technology including on-site in customer labs- Analysis of customer samples
- You will have the opportunity to attend industry wide workshops, trade shows, and conferences
- Engage with key customers in collaborative projects

Requirements

Preferably PhD level in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or other relevant subject
Hands-on experience with a variety of bioanalytical techniques
Regular travel to customers, conferences or workshops (50%)
