You should have:

  • A strong background in human disease and/or population genetics.
  • Experience analysing whole-genome or whole-exome sequencing data (e.g. variant calling and QC, statistical association analysis, interpretation of rare variant signals in complex disease).
  • Experience in standard statistical approaches and modern computational tools.
  • The ability to summarize and visualize datasets to look for patterns, signals, or potential biases.
  • The ability to explain your ideas to both specialists and non-specialists.
  • The ability to work well as a member of a team

You should have:

  • A strong background in human disease genetics, including large scale data analysis.

  • Extensive experience in the statistical analysis of modern -omics data sets (RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq or similar)

  • Experience in standard statistical approaches and modern computational tools.

  • The ability to summarize and visualize datasets to look for patterns, signals, or potential biases.

  • The ability to explain your ideas to both specialists and non-specialists.
