The Sales Manager position is a key role in our client’s growth plan for Europe with the objective to grow the business from the existing key accounts and drive sales to new customers.  The candidate is an up-and-coming sales management talent and possess 3 - 5 years of experience leading a small sales team with a proven track record of achieving targets and growing their business.

An entrepreneurial spirit, resourcefulness and the ability to skilfully apply strategic, key account and complex sale principles up to C-level executives are all expected assets of the applicant. The role holder must be an avid networker with good communication skills, very hands-on in directing and motivating the sales team to follow through with the tactical execution of company strategy and sales programs.
