The role holder will be accountable for implementing the company’s strategies and for leadership, alongside Board members whilst being responsible for global sales, including sales territories, accounts, teams and targets, sales marketing and materials. Candidates must have demonstrable sales success leading an international team in the Science Industry with a minimum 5 years’ Sales Organization Management in ‘Solution Sales’. They must also possess experience in developing tactics for key accounts, sales marketing and teams. The ideal candidate will also be tech savvy and well versed in the latest digital thinking around social media, Google and mobile. Ideally based in UK.
