The Sales  Development Manager will undertake BD, Sales and Marketing activities to support and expand the Company’s commercial activity. This will be achieved by generating sustainable revenue, growth and a reputation as a leader in precision medicine providing high quality products and services that positively impact patient care pathways and economic outcomes.

The role will report to the Sales and Marketing Director, who has responsibility within the company for all aspects of sales and marketing, including business development.  The role will add value to the company’s growth by driving revenue (both direct sales and through partnerships) and identifying new commercial opportunities and developing and implementing marketing and sales activities.

The role holder will have degree in life sciences or equivalent training and proven technical selling experience in the market space required. The roles requires proven working experience as a successful Sales and Marketing   or Commercial Manager within a dynamic start-up or blue-chip life-  sciences / clinical diagnostics company. Experience in sales and marketing within  the clinical diagnostics field is sought ideally specialising in oncology with  product and service-led portfolio, along with possessing a  comprehensive network of specialists and target clients within the  oncology / pathology fields, particularly in the UK.
