Research Assistant Chemistry - Peptide Chemistry (OD-2018-008)

You will play a key role in developing novel proprietary compounds that will be evaluated as potential therapeutic candidates. Your main responsibility will be to synthesize, purify and characterize synthetic peptides. In addition, you will assist the daily running of the lab and maintenance of the equipment.

Research Scientist Chemistry – Peptide Chemistry (OD-2018-007)

You will play a key role in developing novel proprietary compounds that will be evaluated as potential therapeutic candidates. Your main responsibility will be to synthesize, purify and characterize synthetic peptides. In addition, you will support the development of new peptide libraries and the optimization of drug like properties with leading molecules.

Research Scientist Platform Development – Peptide Display Technologies (OD-2018-006)

You will play a key role in the development of cutting-edge therapeutic peptide discovery technologies. Your main responsibility will be in the development of novel peptide modifications for use in the Orbit peptide display platform. This will include the development of technologies to allow for the incorporation of unnatural amino acids into peptides and post translational modifications.

Research Scientist Platform Development – Cell Culture and Assay Development (OD-2018-005)

You will play a key role in the development of cutting-edge therapeutic peptide discovery technologies. Your main responsibility will be in the development of cell-based tools to be utilised in the Orbit peptide screening platform. This will include the development of assays of cellular binding and function.

Research Scientist Analytics - SPR Specialist and Assay Development (OD-2018-004)

You will play a key role in developing new capabilities to support the Orbit peptide screening platform. Your main responsibility will be establishing a SPR platform to determine peptide-protein and protein-protein interactions to support different stages of peptide drug discovery including target assessment, hit validation and structure-activity relationship. In addition, you will support assay development by setting up and performing assays by ELISA and other techniques.
